      Great colleagues, nice office, inspiring assignments

      Cons

      Bad management, unwilling to listen, the whistle blowing is a joke. The only way to climb is to befriend the boss.

      Too homogenic, laying responsibility on employees to teach those who are older to be innovative and think outside the box instead of it coming from management. Zero real diversity. So many processes, progress too slow, little reward
