-Bon Me has a great origin story and every meal stays true to every one of their core values - Crew members and managers are all very nice people and approachable, they're invested in your growth and willing to hear you out -good pay for the industry and straight forward work - free meals

- can get tiring standing or carrying heavy produce - hectic during rushes when supervisor isn't good at managing
