Cons
The new hire background screening process is unprofessional and lacks integrity. The focals struggle with understanding basic job histories of individuals and make outrageous and unreasonable accusations, particularly when it comes to owning a personal business. Unfortunately, Boeing will continue to lose the talented candidates they so desperately need if this process is not revamped.
