Pros
I tried real hard to come up with atleast one pro, but found none. Oh yes, if you're a woman, an attractive one that too you get free lunches with the CEO.
Cons
1. Sexist management- These guys need some training on how to run a company, Management are male chauvinists, who only encourage men in the company. You raise your voice and your shown the exit door. 2. No work culture: Agreed its a startup, but that doesn't mean you run a company like tethering to farm animals. You stand a chance only if you suck up to the management. Oh! And if you're a guy, of course! 3. Absolutely disorganised: I mean, if you hire morons who've been kicked out of MNCs what do you expect? No one knows how to run a company let alone manage the employees. 4. Worst Location: Waverock is no Hitech City, admit it. Every 4-5 years you change your company's name and resurface as a startup in a different location- yes! That's how the CEO runs this company.
