Pros

Hybrid work schedule is better than some places

Cons

-The CEO will personally monitor your bathroom breaks. If you have a health issue? Doesn't matter. He'll gossip about it until the whole office knows your business. -Regular communication from management is non-existent. You will assume everything is fine for 18 months and then get a performance review out of nowhere, with a laundry list of perceived items you never expected were an issue. -Speaking of performance reviews - they are not annual. Technically, they are supposed to be every 15 months, but I never got one before 18 months, in four years of working there. -Marketing intiatives are run by someone who has the attention span of a goldfish. He will forget about you constantly, and he plays favorites. I was outright told, by him, that he had a favorite designer. -Want direction on a project? Want management to notice anything positive you do? Do you want to be seen or heard? Find another job. It ain't happening here.
