Pros

Professional manner and seem like nice people but not sure if it's genuine.

Cons

They didn't give me a single shift the entire time I was employed by them and it took them 10 and a half weeks to pay me for the online training I completed . They didn't even give me the job I said I was interested in. When asked what I was looking for, I said I'd be looking for a permanent weekly schedule. They completely disregarded that and instead hired me as a Casual to do covers only. I wasn't made aware of this until I hadn't received my roster and I asked why. Ended up wasting my time and theirs. Poor communication from their end as well, not responding to emails or returning calls.

Pros

- work culture and everyone being friends

Cons

- the company pays based on age, which is sneaky, especially bc almost all swimming teachers were between 18-24.

Pros

Free access to the gym and cheaper food in the cafe

Cons

Casual contract that only suits them you're not allowed to say no to shifts or book time off, not good if you have school or a life outside of work, they expect you to be in a team huddle 10 minutes before your shift starts example 3:50 or else they say you're late even though you don't get paid from example 4, you get things not based on how good you are but on how much you kiss up to certain people, some get more than others in particular some of the people they call expats, the leadership is flying blind, most people are rude and not welcoming
