Pros

If you enjoy a self-service environment then you will enjoy working here as there are lots of opportunities to learn new tools. There is not training, so the self-service/ self-learning is really key. There are pockets of life/work balance. This means you can work those 80 hours a week from home if you like or call into the 6am meetings from your car. The new leadership team - not the old management team from PB - is actually great and trying hard. If you align to the new team, you will find yourself feeling really great about projects and being successful.

Cons

There are lots of growing pains from the transition from Pitney Bowes. The company culture is bad - we rarely celebrate anything, employees are rarely promoted (if you are do not expect a raise or job title), cross-functional collaboration is painful as the senior management cannot agree on a clear direction, and the only big wins shared are either big sales wins or big layoff savings. There are constant budget cuts, and layoffs almost every month this year. It looks like it will continue. With less people, comes having to do more and management is not willing to do less. There is no training provided.
