Pros

The best thing about working in Bluecrest is at management level, apart from dealing with a few irate customer complaints about missing SLA's, it's a fairly easy going job. Generally you're left to it and have little accountability and from a purely selfish perspective, this is good.

Cons

The most irritating thing about Bluecrest is the company is operating in a declining market and doesn't appear to be doing much to expand. A recent round of job cuts have gotten rid of a lot of people, some were dead wood and deserved to go but some were very experienced and that means an unmanageable workload for the remaining client facing roles. This shows in the service levels we can provide to the few remaining customers we have left.
