Pros
Blockthrough has been one of the best places I've worked in my career in terms of the quality of the leadership (both professional and personal) and the level of autonomy and trust I've had to forge my ow path. Blockthrough has a really strong people-first ethos, while at the same time being super driven to achieve success - a key reason why we were acquired by Eyeo gmbh. Being in publisher development, it's been a pleasure to take a product to market that truly brings incremental value to our customers and is basically a no brainer to work with!
Cons
Being a remote first company, it can get a bit lonely if you're used to working in an office environment, and you have to be very self motivated. I think it's still to be seen how acquisition by Eyeo will affect us, but I think all employees at Blockthrough have faith in our leadership to keep driving us forward and ensuring that we succeed in the new company.
