Classic case of a company barely surviving in spite of a grossly incompetent CEO (Marty Kratky-Katz). This single individual may be the most inept business person of all time with zero understanding of strategy or business management. Every positive development that occurs within the company happens in spite of the atrocious leadership of this CEO. There is inadequate corporate governance and the CEO's hubris means he actually thinks he has a clue about what he is doing. He doesn't.

So this company is a joke; they will give you stocks and benefits when you start. If you turn into a friend of the directors and don't show them any kind of threat to their position, you will be fine here; if not, they will find a way to fire you soon, and the stocks that they promise you in the beginning, they will take from you, putting you in a "performance review', so in this way, they can take it from you when you get fired, The HR is also a joke, one lady that doesn't do anything properly, very bad!!
