I learned new things about the healthcare industry. The work can be challenging but rewarding if you like helping people who are confused about healthcare. Typical business casual environment with casual Friday. Good parking, and office environment. Good location.
Cons
The work tends to be boring. Little chance for growth. Upper Management tends to treat certain departments like a plague and never approach or interact with them.
