Pros

I've been with Blend360 for just under 2 years. At the risk of sounding cliché, my experience here is layered with incredibly smart and authentic colleagues who are super talented at what they do. The culture inspires you to take chances and expand beyond your comfort zone with the reassurance that truly authentic colleagues are there to pick you up. My bad days are self-inflicted based on my eagerness to want to do more for my colleagues, clients, and myself. The company is led by a talented and passionate leadership team that continues to invest in its people, training, marketing, new hires, and professional development. I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge my direct report...MM who is someone to watch and follow. She inspires each and everyone of us to achieve our goals and she will do everything possible to remove obstacles in our way. The feeling of winning and losing together radiates through our meetings as the pressures of our business is absorbed by all, not just one.

Cons

Nothing that is truly significant.

Pros

Honestly, the thing I didn't expect was how much people here actually want to help you succeed. I've reached out to colleagues across teams and time zones since starting and everyone has been warm, generous with their time, and genuinely invested in making sure I'm set up well. That's not nothing. The work is interesting and the timing feels right. Being in the AI and data space right now means there's real energy behind what the company is doing, and you feel that in the day-to-day. Leadership communicates in a way that actually feels personal, which I appreciate more than I expected to. The team I'm on is collaborative and thoughtful, and there's an obvious effort to build culture on purpose rather than just hope it happens. Company events and internal programming feel considered, not like checkbox exercises.

Cons

Being globally distributed is genuinely great in a lot of ways, but coordinating across time zones takes real effort and you have to be intentional about building relationships remotely. Not a dealbreaker, just something to go in with eyes open about. Some processes are still developing, which makes sense for a growing company. If you like building and figuring things out, you'll be fine. If you need a lot of structure from day one, expect a bit of a ramp.

It’s wonderful to hear that the intentional culture we’re building at Blend360 has made such a positive impact during your first year. We truly believe our people are our greatest strength, and I’m glad you’ve felt that support across teams and time zones. We appreciate your perspective on the 'intentionality' required for a global, remote-first team. We are committed to continuing to make space for those genuine connections as we grow.
