I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Blend360 in Feb 2026
Interview
Six rounds total, but it never felt intimidating. The process was thorough by design. I met with a variety of people I'd actually be working with across the business, completed a project, and went through a panel interview. The questions covered past experience with practical examples, comfort working directly with senior leaders, and situational questions like how I'd handle negative feedback. Everyone I spoke with was genuinely friendly, and by the end it felt more like a conversation about what the role would actually look like than a traditional interview. If you're a good fit, you'll feel it.
