      Management needs to improve in how to treat employee. Salary delay many times. Low salary. Less hike. No proper infrastructure. Needs to improve the HR skills.

      For fresher it's good company because they can learn easy and quick

      Cons

      They will expect you to sit in company for 12 hour a day and complete work of 2 days in 1 day. Lots of pressure. No friendly environment.
