They are copying project from one client to another
First of all, worst management. Themselves they don't have coordination.
You will come to know their only motive is to discourage and blame you even the mistake is with them. If they made an mistake, they will blame you as "As a developer you have to notify it and you shouldn't do like that". Not recommended at any situation.
