      Worst of employees careers. Not about basic technology & technical knowledge in development. Every month change company policy. Not paying salary & increment.

      Good environment to learn lot of new technology. Opportunity to work on many projects. Working on many short projects have given good exposure.

      Cons

      Management needs to improve in how to treat employee. Salary delay many times. Low salary. Less hike. No proper infrastructure. Needs to improve the HR skills.
