Terrible management - Talent Acquisition Partner Bitpanda Employee Review

Terrible management. They sell the idea of being a very friendly, diverse, flexible and no KPI driven company and the reality is that they are super controlling, zero diverse and extremely KPI driven. There is also an extreme lack of humanity, the employees are pure numbers. The management team in certain departments is very unexperienced, not inspiring at all and not capable of making a difference in the market as they pretend.
