      Fast growth means some processes are still being refined, which can occasionally create confusion or shifting priorities. Workload can be busy during high-volume periods, but the team is generally willing to help each other through it.

      Pros

      I believe we've built a friendly, smart, driven team. I also believe we compensate fairly (we're not Google money rich) so we do our best.

      Cons

      It's a remote environment aside from a larger office in Toronto. Remote work isn't for everyone, but if you're able to work independently we'd love to hear from you.
