Good experience when it comes to co -workers and flexible hours

After the merge company went downhill

While the company is growing, it learns and constantly improves itself. It gives the same opportunities to its employees, and you see that the ones that take initiative are flourishing - loads of career opportunities and chances to grow.

The growing pains are clearly noticeable, resulting in communication issues and tasks that can be done way more efficiently if it was given some more thought, instead of rushing it through - but I've seen improvements all over the board throughout my time here.
