      The president is terrible and runs his cronies like a popularity contest. Impossible to accomplish the role you're hired for because of the presidents micromangment and egotistical attitude

      Fantastic team members who were innovative and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership constantly with a game of back and forth. A lot of wasted time/work was done from the marketing team with the changing of goals/objectives
