Fantastic team members who were innovative and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Leadership constantly with a game of back and forth. A lot of wasted time/work was done from the marketing team with the changing of goals/objectives

Overall simple processes to follow, with training opportunities for the basics. Can meet all kinds of people, and learn a lot.

Cons

Many managers are out of touch with the sales people, often with limited sales experience themselves. Corporate puts so much pressure on managers to perform, and that in turn causes them to put pressure on sales people. Very few sales people are able to consistently meet their volume goals. High turnover.
