Pros

-Work/life balance is great. No need to work overtime or weekends ever. -Two bonuses a year. (Though these may be going away shortly after the decrease in payouts to employees...) -Most employees are nice and friendly. -Hard to get fired. -Summer company outing is nice change of pace during the summer and a good team bonding event.

Cons

-Underpaid employees -Lack of training, and documentation for new hires. -Owner of the company is very cheap when it comes to hours. If you're not at your desk, then you are not working mentality. -No room for growth. Upper management tends to be in charge and roles never change, while younger people in the company stay at lower levels -No pay raise unless you specifically ask, and sometimes you actually have to fight even if you have great reasons and accomplishments on why you should receive a raise. -No work from home allowed. -Sales people run this company and are allowed to get away with pretty much anything. Support personal tend to take the brunt of the sales work and do a lot of what is outside of their job description. -No clear vision for Biscom, holding onto existing customers and trying to sell them another product is not a good idea. Reach and and get new customers and expand your customer base. -Employee morale/environment are starting to turn bleak. Everyone seems to be just showing up for their paycheck. Empty cubicles and lack of any personality to the office decor.
