Pros
Honestly? Very few. A couple of decent people trying to survive the chaos. Tech stack was okay, but completely wasted in an environment like this
Cons
This was hands down the worst job I’ve ever had. Soul-sucking, demoralising, and run by people who care only about protecting themselves and looking good to upper management. Management operates like a clique of petty high school bullies. Zero leadership ability, no empathy, no accountability—just egos and power trips. SDRs are constantly put on PIPs not to improve, but to be pushed out. It's a pressure cooker built on fear, not development. Staff turnover is absolutely wild. People are hired, burned out, and tossed aside like garbage. It's a full-blown sausage factory churning out sales fodder. The Australian leadership is embarrassingly out of their depth—clueless, insecure, and totally unfit to lead. Bureaucracy is suffocating. Every decision requires layers of approval from people who have no idea what they’re doing. The culture is toxic beyond belief—fake enthusiasm, zero transparency, and constant micromanagement.
