I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Birdeye (Sydney)
Interview
The best series of interviews to date. Conversation based, not a hard hitting series of questions to catch you out. Friendly, open and transparent. I was given time to ask and question whatsoever.

Question 1
Why are you interested in the role and specifically Birdeye.
I was reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn that asked me to throw some time on their calendar to talk about a role they had open. I scheduled a time and met with her and she moved me onto the next steps. I had an interview with the hiring manager, and also the director of the department. I felt like things went really well and was excited to hear back. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. I was ghosted after this point. So unprofessional. I see others have had a similar experience. Do better Emma!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Birdeye in Feb 2026
Interview
Was contacted on LinkedIn by an internal recruiter to interview. Had a screening call with her, and she moved me onto the hiring manager interview. Problem is, she didn't actually put the hiring manager interview on my calendar even though she gave me the date. Then the day of, she tells me he's busy, reschedules it, I finally get my interview, and then... nothing. Ghosted after that.
