The teams are fantastic, Lots of great people to work with Huge resource library (albeit a little outdated w/ mostly 2023 content on offer)
Cons
Executives are out of touch in today's current market Constantly changing commission structure, even more so than most private companies of this size lack of communication regarding changes in sales cycle; without Sales Teams being informed of the changes in question until a month later Salary incredibly low (50k in a 60k average market) The only promotional path seems to be BDR to AE and if you want to do anything else, you just get strung along until you forget about it When asking about changes, being told everything comes from CEO (my way or the highway mindset) and there is no way to get it changed/ fixed; just to deal with it Benefits are middling at best
