toxic leadership environment, micro managing at its best. all managers have no idea how to manage a team or their emotions, childish and unprofessional behaviour which results in a high turn over of employees, we wish there was a higher turn over of leaders to cleanse the office, however they earn too much money. They don’t spend enough time with new hires causing them to sink or swim. Culture is a disgusting biohazard, all managers need to be removed and the director need to look into alternatives instead of sweeping all pre existing and current toxic behaviour caused by them under the rug.
