      Pros

      Birdeye has very mediocre Software.

      Cons

      I was Terminated because I got married and went on my honeymoon for 2.5 weeks and missed quota. I was given this time off by HR and my Manager as a life event and went to Italy for my honeymoon. Upon return I was told that I did not hit quota and was immediately fired for not hitting quota. Do not trust this company they will lie and deceive you if they offer you time off and you take it make sure you still work.
