Pros
There were some great people trying to make a difference and help the company be successful.
Cons
The level of micro management imposed by the founders (Naveen &Neeraj) was unbearable. They would hire talented, smart and driven people but their leadership style would drive people to quit. Outside of a small group of management, the turnover in personnel was staggering. By way of example, they churned through 4 HR directors in less than 13 months.
