      Benefits, Remote Work, Transparency, Leadership visibility, Fast paces environment

      Cons

      1. All leaders are micro managers. From Engineering, to Finance, to HR. All these meetings achieving nothing but they only want to know what you did for the day. 2. Compensation is not at par with market standards 2. They will offer you a role and you will do multiple roles once you're in. 3. Compensation is not what they offer you.
