      Pros

      Nice compensation, decent benefits and good people around to help. Lot of things to learn in the Company. I like the engineering management who are always there to help. I wish I can continue to be part of the growth at BirdEye.

      Cons

      BirdEye is a large platform with a lot of areas to learn. It takes time to get fully ramped up.
