      Can learn a plethora of skills that I can take to another job

      Poor management that enables lazy behavior, lack of concern for animal welfare, little vacation/sick time, management takes advantage of and overworks their only good/enthusiastic employees.

      A growing company. A great opportunity to jump on board and grow your career within this organization. Many open positions and room for growth.

      Cons

      The company is experiencing some growing pains. Executive management is working diligently to fill all of the open positions and support a work life balance for employees. Same issues any company realizes when it is growing faster than its' staff. A great reason to join the team and grow with the company for those who are career oriented.
