Pros

You will learn many skills, some you didn't even want like alcoholism and depression.

Cons

Management does not listen to concerns, comments, or opinions. Promotion is based on interpersonal relationships, not skills. Pay is very low for industry. Animal welfare is a secondary concern.

Pros

None. The higher ups are sewer rats at best Many workers are the sewer mice of Worcester listening to the Sewer Rats to keep their job 1 more day. Been in research since 1980 and the word Research should not apply to this place. Didnt make money until Joinn had more money than brains and acquired it. The owner should replace everyone and start with their own Joinn employees. The Worcester big shots are the lowest humans I worked for Satan will take them home eventually.

Cons

Lol....... The place is just a joke .

Don’t Work Here

Pros

Many wonderful people work(ed) at this company.

Cons

Management is shortsighted, dishonest, and vindictive. I have seen unfair reprisals against employees for raising serious issues. I have seen people being forced out of the company purely for standing up to management over legitimate issues. I’ve seen workers being chronically underpaid for their skill level and disregarded when they asked for raises. If you want to get started in this industry, don’t work here. In addition, the company has solved the shortage of monkeys to use for medical testing by using wild-caught monkeys, contributing to extinction in the wild of primate species and producing substandard scientific data. The company is also hemorrhaging employees, it is not a good prospect if you want a stable job.
