Pros
Decent salary - could be better. Good benefits package. Nice office in Maidenhead with good on-site coffee shop and restaurant facilities. Some great teams. Plenty of parking.
Cons
Very lean organisation and a lot of team meetings for the sake of having meetings and people loving the sound of their own voices! Often expected to cover other roles with little or no previous experience. I saw a lot of turnover in other departments, especially those who reported into Boston. Became a very snowflake place to work and was always wary of minding my P’s and Q’s and not being able to be myself, for fear of upsetting the snowflakes! They expect you to live and breathe the core values but it is a very woke company! Company cycle meetings were long and the Leadership Team liked the sound of their own voices and there were a lot of fake smiles but a lot of back stabbing going on behind the smiles!
