Co-workers were all great and friendly (non management). You get free kombucha from time to time. Literally that is all.

- Leadership does NOT take recommendations even though they constantly ask for it. - Owners often not present in town, constantly taking vacations out of town. - Owners are self centered, egotistical, and unwilling to admit their own faults. - Criticism is not tolerated and appearance is everything (If you’re not smiling, you’re hurting the company). - Emotions lead over facts. - No promises were ever followed up with results, raising awareness of promises are considered a direct attack on owners character (which is not tolerated). - Owners are petty and will purposefully change smooth operations to remove any trace of a previous employee (recipes, streamline bottling, and shipping processes). - Owners do not pay bills on time and sue anyone they can to not pay bills. - work environment is not clean or employee friendly. - Owners will lie to make themselves look good, and will build coworkers to turn against one another. - Owners claim to be a Christian company, but do not help any charity or anyone - they remain self serving.
