Very smooth straight and straight forward asked about past experiences. Reference resume . Friendly staff very punctual I would recommend applying .I was given a tour of the facility. No difficult uncomfortable questions

Interview
The interview was casual but direct. It took place on rocking chair in the front of the brewery. The owners wore crew neck tee shirts and spoke with manners and respect, with no pretense.
