      Pros

      The compensation is beyond fair, the support is unmatched, the company culture is positive and inclusive, and the work is more than fulfilling. Being able to work with my local community and having the autonomy to run my business is a dream come true.

      Cons

      The only con is that if things don't work out for you, you're the only person to blame. This job can only be excelled at if you're ready to take full responsibility for yourself and your life.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
