      Great income Great training Great opportunity for high income and upward mobility Great people, too Management that is open to comment, criticism and willing to act

      Cons

      Not many that I can think of. They do need more women in upper management, but I think that will happen as there are several great women moving up through the ranks. This is a relatively young company, and they are getting there.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
