      Pros

      Unparallelled opportunity to build your own business. BVM provides exceptional and consistent training to equip and support you. The compensation plan is second to none, and the business model is so well executed that the only way you can fail is if you don't do the work.

      Cons

      I've been a Publisher with BVM for 2 1/2 years, and I do not have one negative thing to say.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
