      Pros

      The super helpful culture is not just a facade, it is how the company has become such a great place to work. On top of that, the business model for publishers makes sense. After running numbers on several different business opportunities, I chose this one because the numbers worked, and 11 months into it neither the people nor the numbers have let me down, not once.

      Cons

      If you don't mind being in control of your own destiny and you can somehow make-it financially for 6 months or so then there are no cons.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
