      With the change of local management, seeing progress made in listening and acting based on employee feedback. Seeing changes on career development and more learning opportunity given. Also many activities are started to make work more fun. More and more interesting projects in the pipe line

      On-time support, easy going management not micro manager. Open for suggestions and advance

      Cons

      Not enough personal time off with pays. Only 16hours per year other company 40 to 80 hours personal time off.

      Hybrid some times but plays favorites to people who are supposed to be in office but are not.
