      Working from home is always good. Flexible schedule. Supportive management. Good communication.

      Cons

      No room for growth. Irregular schedule. If a student takes a week's vacation during the program, there is no payment. So, as long you are comfortable with an irregular schedule and no benefits, this is for you.
