Pros

High-class, mature product portfolio, the organisation has a commitment to affecting positive change in global infrastructure. A relaxed and comfortable environment to work in day-to-day. Great people to work with.

Cons

Exec Management has undertaken a strategy over many years that involves significant changes (almost every year) to the organisational structure within both the software and sales divisions. It seemed that just when a new change was bedded in, another one was announced. These changes extended to employee compensation plans as well - changes sold to staff by management under the guise of "easier, fairer, more benefits" etc., were ultimately designed to ratchet down everyone's base pay. The compensation system for sales staff is THE most complicated plan I have ever experienced in my entire career. Can hardly be considered transparent. The onus and burden of proof of errors in sales reporting rests with the Account Manager. Finally, the back office procedures are burdensome. Much of a sales manager's week is consumed by them.
