Improvements in the last few years have made it clear Management is listening to Employees. Benefits are good. Fiscal Management is good, which gives you confidence in the long-term viablity/competitiveness of Bentley overall.
Cons
Sometimes processes and procedures or timelines stifle the creativity of the workforce. People are so worried about hitting a deadline or sticking to procedure that they overlook the opportunity to innovate. Pay could be better...Couldn't it always be?!?
