      Very good place for technically savvy, specially those who are into CAD or engineering related systems. Opportunities to prove yourself. Accommodating, supportive and congenial environment. Good work life balance, environment and socially responsible.

      Cons

      Mediocre HR management. Minimal career development planning and opportunities, specially for software people. Less openness, little democracy. Mostly its a family business. Below average compensation.
