      Bentley serves a lot of industries, so there are always opportunities to learn new things to learn about infrastructure, its engineering, design and its whole life cycle; and about life and culture while people work with colleagues and users from many world places.

      Cons

      Main career opportunities resides at the main regions and sometimes it is hard to get access if you don't develop a good relationship with colleagues from other offices.
