And a niche service for brows won’t really help with growing into the esthetics/spa world.They will work you to the bone and have high retail expectations, they expect individuals to sell thousands of dollars worth of product weekly but give minimal bonus and PTO. This business markets themselves as caring and kind but hires male leads that harass female employees. Multiple racial injustices have happened in my time working here too.
