      My manager is great and there’s a good amount of products I can passionately get behind and promote

      Cons

      The targets are sometimes a bit unrealistic and expectations of success with traffic stopping don’t seem realistic or achievable. Additionally, shade range in some core products could use work.

      Pros

      None really unless you like gratis for a mid tier makeup brand.

      Cons

      Abusive management and exploitative business practices. And a niche service for brows won’t really help with growing into the esthetics/spa world.They will work you to the bone and have high retail expectations, they expect individuals to sell thousands of dollars worth of product weekly but give minimal bonus and PTO. This business markets themselves as caring and kind but hires male leads that harass female employees. Multiple racial injustices have happened in my time working here too.
