I worked in a great team, made some amazing friends and learned a lot. Environment was relaxed for the most part.

Lied about compensation at the hiring stage, said I would be earning a given amount with commissions, I ended up earning less than 1/2 of that, and less than my colleagues in the same role despite me being more qualified and having greater seniority in the company. Make sure you read the fine print on the contract, otherwise you will get screwed.

A good side gig when you are working with strong interviews. You can quickly create reports and make it worth your time.

If the interviews you work with are long or poorly done it just isn't worth the hassle. They don't pay enough to create a good report when you need to do a lot of independent research.
