Pros

They’ve all been taken away, no longer what it used to be. If your a chosen one you’ll be catered to.

Cons

The amount of cons are overwhelming and could take forever to list out. Pay and benefits are not at all competitive, although they like to think so. There’s also no room for growth, but they’ll tell you that there is plenty of opportunity. Depending on the department and manager you have, the environment can be very stressful and toxic. Unfortunately those that are unable to see the problem, are a part of the problem.

We are sorry to hear that your experience at Bellwether Community Credit Union was anything less than positive. We strive to provide a cooperative culture that is mutually beneficial to the employee and employer. As a result, we have a proven track record of success in employee development and advancement within the company. We encourage our employees to establish open lines of communications so any issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner. We never want a situation to become “toxic”, and we have multiple resources available for employees. Our compensation package is reviewed on an annual basis, and we feel we are competitive in our industry. We hope that you have found employment with a company that better suits your needs at this time. We wish you the best of luck.
