There is a very collaborative team that works to support the overall mission of the organization. The CEO is very dedicated to making Bellwether a top employer in the region. Bellwether has been consistently rated as one of the Best Places in NH to Work.
Cons
Small team, so everyone wears many hats, but that also gives plenty of opportunity for growth and contribution.
